No doubt, the visibility of our club is on the rise both locally and globally. As our club marches towards Golden Jubilee, we believe the website visibility will be an added advantage.

Rotaract Club of Madurai Meenakshi College for Women
On 25th July 2011 at 9 am, President Rtn Rajagovindasamy, Rtn NAN, Rtn R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Rtn R.Kanagasabai, Rtn A.P. Athithan, Rtn PP VM Nandalal, Rtn Jayanthi Kumar, Rtn Rajkumar, Rtn Anwar Batcha, Rtn Veeramani and Secretary Rtn Rajesh Kannan were at the Principal's chamber. Rotaract Guide Mrs Sarada took us to their conference hall which was like State Assembly.
The meeting began with the College prayer and Rotaract prayer. Nearly 80 Rotaractors were present. Last year report was read out by the Secretary Miss Karthigai Valli.
President Rajagovindasamy installed the Rotaract President Miss Karthigai Valli and she was pinned by Rtn Jayanthy Kumar. Miss M. Selvi was selected as Secretary.
President in his speech congratulated the team and wanted them to make use of Rotary for achieving 3 of their goals viz. suitable job, higher studies, marriage.He presented them with motivational books.
He was followed by Rtn A.P. Athithan who gave a brief about Rotaract's history and its uses. Our PP Rtn Nandalal in his speech explained how Rotary could select their college for donating a Incinerator worth Rs 50,000 for keeping the college clean.
Principal in her address thanked the President and members for their continuous help. Mrs Sarada, the guide proposed vote of thanks.Dr Sumathi Rotaract Guide of last year was also present. With National Anthem the meeting ended.

Polio Plus Orientation Meeting held on 26th-27th April 2011
On the 26th &27th April 2011, our Present Rotary Governor (then DGE) Rtn.Rajendran and our Rtn.PDG.P.V.Parthasarathy attended the Polio Plus Orientation meeting in New Delhi for the Rotary year 2011-2012. Present RI President (then R.I.P.E) Rtn.

Madurai Sivakasi Nadar Pioneer Meenakshi Womens college - Rotaract Club Installation
The President and office bearers of Rotaract club of Madurai Sivakasi Nadar Pioneer Meenakshi Women's College at Poovanthi near madurai were installed by our club on 18th July 2011. The Installation meeting started at 11.30 am and ended at 1.30PM. It was a grand function attended by 60 rotractors. Following photograph aptly captures the mood of the installation function.

New Member's Orientation Meeting on 16th July 2011
The New Member Orientation Program was hosted by Rtn.PP.SV.Arunachalam and R'Ann Lakshmi Arunachalam at their Home on 16th july 2011 by 6.oopm.
President Rtn.K.R.Rajagovindasamy gave the welcome address. Our Club Trainer Rtn NAN Started the session with his inspiring speech. It was followed by Rtn.Past President S.V.Arun.
Being an informal atmosphere, in the lush green lawn of Arun's home, many of the new members participated actively, clarifying their thoughts. The discussion focussed on opportunities for immediate involvement in club activities and projects upon becoming a member.

INSTALLATION OF ROTRACT CLUB @ AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE
On 6th June 2011, at 5.30 pm, the above club's installation took place in a grand function.
With a Universal prayer and Rotaract prayer the meeting began. Our Trainer Rtn NAN started the session with his inspiring speech. It was followed by Rtn RK's speech. Dr C.R.Anandakumar Staff adviser (AC& RI) gave the welcome address. The outgoing Rotaract President Alex Zachariah presented the annual report for 2010-11. It was followed by our IPP Rtn Nandalal's speech. Then he presented the certificates to
the office bearers of 2010-11. Our President Rtn Raja Govindasamy presented mementos to the Office bearers. His speech was informative and thought provoking. All the Rotaractors enjoyed it.Dr Vanniarajan - Staff Incharge of the club presented the New Rotaract President Mr Sudama Thakur. He introduced his team of office bearers and gave his acceptance speech. His Secretary Miss Sivagami made announcements. In a novel way all the new team of office bearers introduced their own
team. With a tamil song by the President the meeting was adjourned.
